Create an issue
- Open Issues and conversations and choose New issue.
- Add a title and description explaining the problem, expected behavior, and next step. Include links to the relevant runs or steps.
- Assign the relevant people and create the issue.
Discuss and resolve
Add comments as work progresses. Mention a lesson with#N to show it in the
Lessons mentioned panel beside the conversation.
When finished, record the outcome and choose Close issue. Use Reopen issue
if more work is needed. Lesson proposals and annotations must be saved separately.
